Refund policy
Return/Exchange Policy:
- We have a 5-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after delivery to request a return/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you receive the wrong design, color, or size, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 5 days after delivery. For replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos or pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and the refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
- If we have already printed the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product will follow the normal delivery process.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders, no cancellation will be allowed if a cancellation request is received after the product has been dispatched through our delivery partner.
- Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept / fulfill an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, the customer will be informed over the email, and if the order is prepaid, refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
Refund Policy:
- In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and the refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
